This has been a great and odd week. Obviously, I was very pleased with the response to The Compass and the world premiere.

However, the strangest thing just happened. My good friend was staying at my resort in Big Bear (Spencer Escape). While he was there, his home burned to the ground back here in OC. All of his family was with him and even the dog got out unhurt. However, he has no place to live. Because I have been spending so much time with Kelli, my home was largely unused. I offered it to he and his family while they rebuilt his home.

What are the odds of having a friend who has a fully furnished home close to your kid’s schools with all the amenities available to you the day your house burns down? Well, it may be one in a million, but it happened.

I will do a video on what happened tomorrow or the day after. I need to spend time helping him first! Family and friends always come first!
