Strengthen your weak areas to a general level of competence that will give you the knowledge needed to delegate intelligently. But WORK your strong points. I use Tiger Woods as an example: he has a decent short game but he makes his millions with his long game. If his coach made him practice putts all day he'd put Tiger out of a job.
