hi John,
Any tips for me living in the northeast? Its too freezing to take a hike and I’m stuck indoors. What kind of exercise do you recommend? More power and success to you.

Too funny and true John. I am the same way on the trail. Nature puts one in a relaxed state and it’s nice to try to project that energy and positivity to others. And yes, you are usually goofy in only the best of ways!
